Consumer Credit Resources

Resources To Help You With Your Credit Counseling Needs
When you’re sorting through options like debt consolidation loans, bankruptcy or straight repayment, you need educational resources to help your made sound decisions. At Consumer Credit of America, our counselors are always standing by to assist. We do, however, want to make sure you have access to other resources that may be of value to you. That’s why we’ve put together this page.

On this page, you will find direct links to other outlets for assistance with debt problems. From bankruptcy information to government websites, the places you can turn for assistance with financial concerns are many. We invite you to use these links, but keep in mind that Consumer Credit of America assumes no liability for financial or other decisions made on the basis of information on this site or links from this site. To discuss your specific credit counseling needs, contact one of our agents directly.

Consumer Credit of America has been in existence since 1987. Since our inception, we have worked hard to build a reputation for quality service. We make it our business to provide sound solutions to our clients’ debt problems. Unlike other consumer credit counseling service agencies out there, we are nonprofit and we exist solely to serve clients with the best possible solutions.

To make sure our clients get the expert advice, tailored to their unique circumstances, we provide:

A complete evaluation – Before we can offer credit counseling advice, our certified financial professionals have to know the unique circumstances a client faces. This means going over all bills, income and other obligations. We take a great deal of time evaluating each client’s case and their personal goals to make sure the right options for the circumstances are presented.

A budget – We work with clients directly to formulate a budget within which they can live. This serves as a financial framework for helping clients meet their living expenses while paying off their debts and even saving for a brighter financial future. We believe that sound consumer credit counseling begins with budgeting to assure that needs are met during debt repayment and after.

Real solutions – While credit card consolidation and repayment programs aren’t for everyone, we work with clients to explore real solutions to their problems. If a repayment program makes the most sense, we work on our clients’ behalf to contact creditors, reduce or eliminate interest and fees and more. It is our goal to help clients repay their obligations as honorably as possible while assuring that living expenses and other financial needs are taken into account. We do not offer debt consolidation loans or other high-priced vehicles. We simply provide repayment solutions and provide sound advice on other alternatives for meeting financial obligations.

If you’re facing a financial crisis, you need resources you can rely on to assist. At Consumer Credit of America, our certified financial professionals are available to help. To obtain a free, no obligation credit counseling consultation, just contact us today. Our staff can be reached directly at 800-955-5765. We also invite you to explore the other resources that may be available to you.
